Course Content:
Instruction in setting up a logbook system related to a risk assessment on site and the detailed information which must be incorporated. To understand your assessment and what to expect
Topics Covered Will Include:
- Understanding the medical criteria
- Statutory and non statutory health and safety requirements
- Understanding your risk assessment and written schemes
- Understanding the schematic of the water system
- Understanding the engineering aspects of the hot and cold water systems, pipework, cisterns, outlets, cooling towers and other water using devices
- Logbook creation
- How to carry out water sampling, testing and analysis
- Awareness of disinfecting techniques and requirements
