Welcome to our 2 bedroom/6 berth villa located in Castalla International which is nestled amongst olive and almond groves within the mountain range of Sierra de Maigmo 25minutes out of Alicante.

The villa is central to many beaches and mountain villages alike, an excellent area for cycling, walking and painting.

Golf is a must from here as their are four close by. These are:

OUR VILLA

The Villa is situated on the plains of the Sierra de Maigmo, (part of the Great Sierra Mountain Range) 2 kilometres from Castalla Town, 25 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, 20 minutes from Alicante City and 40 minutes from Benidorm. The local town of Castalla has many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a castle steeped in history. The new road network allows fast and easy access to many major towns within the picturesque mountains, such as Onil, Ibi, Biar and Alcoy. Barcelona is 4 hours away by train from Alicante. There are many beaches and golf courses (San Juan and Alicante) in close proximity to Castalla.

The Villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin, both with fitted wardrobes, Linen and six towels are provided. The bathroom contains a bath/shower, basin ,WC and bidet. The Lounge has 2 rocking chairs, 1 settee (converts to a double bed) TV with DVD player (bring your DVD's) Sky TV with Engliush Channels (BBC1 ITV Channel 4 & 5 and many more) and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped including a toaster, kettle, ironing board, iron, electric hob and oven, microwave and large fridge freezer. The utility area has a washing machine and a portable gas B-B-Q.

The porch is shaded from the sun until the late afternoon where a large table and bench with cushions are situated. This is a great place to eat “Alfresco”
The driveway that can hold up to 2 cars is fronted by a large lockable double gate. Pedestrian access is by a single gate operated remotely by intercom between the road and inside the front door.

The solarium is an area of the whole of the 1st floor open on the roof. Half of this area is shaded with chinese bamboo over a pergola to protect against the sunshine that prevails ALL DAY. The other half is open for full sunbathing and is equipped with a shower/mister to cool off during those hot siestas, sun loungers and a table and chairs. Wall lighting for night entertaining is available and so is a retractable washing line for those domestic moments.
