All the above within a written report.
I have constructed this website, not only for advertising purposes and to promote my services, but to help and inform the public, service sector, facility managers and anybody else interested in Legionnaires' Disease.
Many outbreaks if not all are because of lack of training, poor management and incorrectly assessed premises. Legionella Control is required wherever there is water used or stored, irrespective of size and usage.
I experienced a fatality on one of my clients sites from Legionella in 2002 and all the poor guy did was fill his bucket to clean the floor! The control was so simple but the responsible person chose to ignore the facts of advice from the L8 (The control of Legionella Bacteria in water systems) ACOP stated in their Risk Assessment. Don't let it happen to you.
WATER IS FOR LIFE, DON'T LET IT KILL YOU
